Just 5 kilometres away you find the historical centre of Potsdam with its Dutch quarter, the pedestrian area at Brandenburger Straße with its many shops, Luisenplatz with its Brandenburg Gate, the Nikolaikirche church and "Friendship Island". Sanssouci Palace lies at a distance of about 3.5 kilometres, while the centre of West Berlin and the exhibition grounds can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Our hotel enjoys quiet green surroundings amid forests, meadows and lakes. It features a spacious and well-maintained garden with a pond and a garden terrace with outdoor fireplace. The lake Petzinsee lies some 150 metres away, while the lakes Schwielowssee and Templinersee are about 600 metres away. At Petzinsee you find a jetty with rowing boats for hire from May until September. A beach lies 500 metres away while a bathing area with surfing school and canoe rental can be found 1.5 km from the hotel.
